Payments

All payments must be made in full to secure placement in a mailing. Payments may be non-refundable once a campaign is confirmed and scheduled.

Campaign Placement

We reserve the right to approve or deny businesses based on category conflicts, business ruputation, content, or fit for the campaign.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content in your advertisement.

Changes and Scheduling

Mailing dates and campaign details may be adjusted due to operational needs. We will communicate any significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

HeyNeighbor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
